General Responsibilities:
- Processing of Incidents / Service Requests in the Device management environment ( SCCM / Intune / RealmJoin - Windows 10/11). "2nd level day-to-day business" incl. customer contact (by phone or email).
- Operations and administration of unified end-point management solutions (workplace, smartphones and tablets).
- Being part of our Riga-Germany-wide teams and working together with our customers.
Job Requirement:
- Good English language skills.
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent will be considered as advantage.
- Good knowledge of scripting, Powershell skills and batch.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM, MEMCM, Intune).
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, MS Office and other standard software products.
Ideally, you will also have: - Solid experience in software packaging and deployment with SCCM & Intune.
- German language skills.
