General Responsibilities:
- Being a contact person for German-speaking users via telephone and e-mail, as well as participating in telephone conferences.
- Handling and creation of tickets, as well as their updating in the ticket system.
- Remote 3rd level support and troubleshooting for complex malfunctions and customer requests on Windows clients
- Support and administration of Intune and OnPrem managed clients, via SCCM, Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
- Able to read, understand and analyse the impact of group policies (OnPrem) and policies (Intune) on clients.
- Technical understanding and evaluation of client security.
Job Requirement:
- Good English language skills.
- Experience with ticket systems and their handling.
- Technical background (university studies and/or related experience).
- At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience in the 3rd level support area, as well Advanced experience and safe handling of Windows clients.
- Experience and safe handling of Intune and domain managed clients, SCCM, Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
- Experience in handling and administration of policies (Intune) and group policies (OnPrem) advantageous.
- Experience in client security and the remediation of vulnerabilities on clients.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines. Independent, self-discipline, self-organize, and able to learn and work under minimum supervision.
- Ideally, if you also have German language skills.
