Develop, execute, and drive a strategy for the continuous improvement of production systems and standards, capacity, efficiency, productivity, operational processes, cost reduction and overall manufacturing performance
In conjunction with the site managers, roll out the consolidated medium to long term implementation timetable for continuous improvement and be accountable for maintaining and reporting the progress
Support the site managers in performing a detailed gap analysis across site processes, performance, and operational plans
Coach and train all site-based colleagues so that they have the prerequisite knowledge and skills to apply continuous improvement concepts and tools on an ongoing basis.

In depth practical experience of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Standardized Work, Problem Solving, VSM, TPM, SMED, Kaizen, OEE and so on
Track record of driving standardization, simplification & continuous improvement across key business processes
Excellent interpersonal skills, articulate and engaging and the ability to quickly establish good relationships with internal and external customers
Project management skills Strong project management skills and ability to lead complex projects to positive results
Fluent in English.
