- University degree in Accounting/Finance/Business management;
- 4+ years experience in accounting;
- Oriented to process automatization & efficiency ;
- Strong computer skills, especially with MS Excel and knowledge of accounting programs (preferably Horizon);
- Strong written & verbal Latvian and English;
- Detail oriented - does not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project;
- Process owner - act without being told what to do, taking control of the processes;
- Ability to make decisions independently and take ownership over solutions.

Primarily you will be responsible for oversight of day-to-day maintenance of general accounting and financial reporting activities at the site, as well as for full accounting cycle administration & compliance in supervision of LINEN Group CFO.
- Manage and oversee full cycle of two or more oversees entities;
- Accounting and financial activities, including statutory & management reporting for Group companies;
- Debt and bank payments management & reporting;
- Stock accounting & reconciliation;
- Cash flow and P&L planning / forecasting;
- Communication with overseas colleagues;
- Tax reporting compliance in cooperation with overseas outsourced consultants;
- Cost controller function and main contact person for Sales and Business development Team.
