SALES ASSISTANT

We are looking for an accurate & supportive SALES ASSISTANT to be part of our growing sales team. The particular position will focus on assisting SALES team & participating in sales of our product portfolio, which include:
- UgCS - mission planning and flight control software technology
- Integrated Systems - airborne integrated systems with sensors from diverse manufacturers (GPR, Methane detection, Mag and Bathymetric surveys)
- Drone Show Software - a technology to manage drone swarm flights
- SPH Consulting&Development - knowledge-based services to implement, integrate and develop technologies for the drone industry
Responsibilities
- Assist SALES team with administrative tasks, work with internal systems (CRM etc.)
- Work with our webshop administration
- Organize order fulfilment, and necessary administrative tasks for shipments & deliveries
- Assist in market research to identify customer groups
- Contribute to sales activities to identified markets from lead generation to closing deals worldwide (Primary markets: USA, Europe and Asia).
- Work close with Marketing team and contribute ideas, participate in activities
- Compliance with internal sales & company processes
Requirements
- Preferably experience in international worldwide sales, preferably hi-tech products, IT software development services or similar industry
- Fluent in English, and other languages are considered an advantage
- Attentive to details, accurate
- Lead generation and "hunter" mentality
- Success & career growth motivated person
- Self-managing and independent personality
Skills that would be considered as advantage
- CAA issued drone pilot license, drone piloting skills (if not - part of onboarding)
- Engineering mind/understanding/interest

- Salary starting at 1200 EUR gross and generous bonuses as the percentage of generated revenue and profits, accounted for quarterly (no upper limit)
