Job description

The Head of Business Development is going to manage team on project basis, and is going to have colleagues, who'd support him / her in legal, analytical and finance matters. Here are some of the tasks one is going to conduct:

  • Map the business opportunities for development (Industrial Energy Service, Greenfield, M&A);
  • Create customer contacts, carry out customer background analysis, clarify customer needs;  
  • Organize / develop tailor-made energy solutions (technical concepts);
  • Management of investment approval processes;
  • Contracting, contract negotiations.


  • Solid experience in relevant field and job;
  • Holistic approach and ownership mindset;
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills;
  • Hands-on attitude;
  • Great communication skills, fluent Latvian and English;
  • Track record of energy M&A-s will be considered as an advantage;
  • Spoken Russian will be considered as an advantage.
