Job description
The Head of Business Development is going to manage team on project basis, and is going to have colleagues, who'd support him / her in legal, analytical and finance matters. Here are some of the tasks one is going to conduct:
- Map the business opportunities for development (Industrial Energy Service, Greenfield, M&A);
- Create customer contacts, carry out customer background analysis, clarify customer needs;
- Organize / develop tailor-made energy solutions (technical concepts);
- Management of investment approval processes;
- Contracting, contract negotiations.
Requirements
- Solid experience in relevant field and job;
- Holistic approach and ownership mindset;
- Leadership and problem-solving skills;
- Hands-on attitude;
- Great communication skills, fluent Latvian and English;
- Track record of energy M&A-s will be considered as an advantage;
- Spoken Russian will be considered as an advantage.
