Responsibilities:
- Leading the IT Security Operations department with several teams in multiple locations.
- Strategical management of the function, including setting up and maintaining the vision of cyber security architecture, development, integration and realisation of processes and standards.
- Supervising and developing work processes in the department.
- Assessesing and inspecting the development of employees, development of know-how, and generating of technological solutions.
- Monthly reporting on department activities and KPIs.
- Control of budget fulfilment of the department.
- Participation in regular calls with company’s group representatives on related projects, that the team is working on.
- Managing development and maintenance of documents regulating the information security.
- Managing and coordinating the implementation of the security tools for information systems.
- Communication and collaboration with various technical & business teams, & stakeholders.
- Securing the alignment of the business goals and security requirements.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of work experience in IT and at least 3 years of managerial experience in an information security organization or department.
- At least Bachelor's Degree (preferrable Master’s degree) in Information Security/cyber security, Computer Science.
- Solid understanding of security, privacy, IT audit and legal security standards, guidelines and principles.
- Demonstrated accomplishments in program leadership, policy development, management and risk assessments.
- English (verbal and written upper-intermediate).
These certifications would be considered as an advantage; - Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
- or other similar credentials.
