General responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing, having a clear product vision, and backlog maintenance, based on information from the business owners
- Handling communication with business stakeholders regarding requirements, business importance, and planning
- Leading a Team of UX/UI designers
- Monitor the use and success of the product and keep in touch with the users and stakeholders to now their needs and translate them to optimizations
- Preparation of user stories
- Prioritizing of the backlog
Job requirements:
- Experience as Product Owner for Software Application, in best case with focus on UX design
- Strong grounding in traditional project management practices
- Good understanding of the business capability/user journey, wider organizational goals, and desired product business outcomes
- Experiences with Agile software development environment and methods such as Scrum
- User story definition and team backlog management
- Backlog item estimation
- Continuous integration and continuous delivery methodologies and tools
- DevOps culture, processes, and tools

- Monthly gross salary from 3800 to 4800 EUR, depending on your level of expertise;
