- 6+ years of the relevant experience with the technology stack mentioned above
- Theoretical and practical knowledge in programming technologies and software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Wide mental outlook and analytical thinking
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to write clear architectural design proposals
- High level of understanding of architectural and enterprise design patterns
- Expert Java knowledge and skills
- Experience with relational databases (Oracle or MS SQL Server) and SQL
- Understanding of Microservices architecture and the Reactive Manifesto
- Familiar with Agile methodologies
- Upper Intermediate English level
- High education in Math or Computer Science

The Lead Java Developer in our Services organization is a critical role contributing to the customer success under the Engineering Delivery Management and Architects leadership. You will be one of the key experts who will focus on building software, enabling your peers, defining and contributing to the best development practices.

The major programming languages, technologies and frameworks that we use:
Java 11, Spring (Boot, Core, etc.), RxJava, Apache Kafka, TinkerPop, GraphQL and lots more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to convey technical and conceptual ideas/topics to non-technical audiences as well as technical personnel
- Work closely with the development teams and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
- Actively participate in the architecture and technical decisions made in the teams
- Support developers during feature implementation by explaining design details, and solving design issues
- Participate in software development lifecycle by analyzing and implementing business (functional & non-functional) as well as internal requirements
