• University degree in Business Administrations, Economics, Marketing, Media or related field;
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role as Sales support specialist or Sales support associate will be considered as advantage
• Strong skills in MS Excel;
• Strong analytical and time management skills;
• You have a can-do attitude, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-changing environment, and you can bring a process-driven mind-set and strong attention to detail;
• Readiness and willingness to learn;
• Good command of English (written and spoken);

• To provide data and guidance to help the sales team in driving the business within Baltics;
• To develop and monitor performance indicators;
• To manage sales tracking tools and reports on demand;
• To stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board;
• To assist in preparation of analytical data;
• To support Sales team with activations execution;
• Other tasks defined by the Line Manager.
