• Higher education in the fields of marketing, management or communication;
• At least 2 years of successful marketing project management experience;
• At least 2 years of successful experience in the field of marketing in a managerial position;
• Digital channel management experience, at least 2 years;
• Experience in organizing loyalty programs;
• Excellent knowledge of English (not lower than B2 level), Russian language knowledge (B1 level);
• Experience working with analytics programs and CRM;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
