Job description
We together with our client are looking for someone who is passionate about people and interested in the field of logistics to join the Global Customer Service team which works with USA and Canada. Sounds like you?
Responsibilities:
- Inbound calls and emails to support our US and Canadian stores. Work with emails, placing orders and calls. About 10-30 calls, depending on the shift (night/day/morning). Email volumes also depend on the market situation, weather, and time of day.
- Responsibility for customer support and account administration
- Management of delivery orders and necessary registration
- Helping stores to resolve any issues related to deliveries, missing paperwork or reporting a maintenance issue or dealing where to rehouse fuel retain or supply issue at the rack/terminal
- Participating in optimizing procedures, improving cost efficiency and securing our network from fuel outages
Requirements
- Fluent/ very good English (both verbal and written) and beginner and above level of French language
- Very good communication and collaboration skills
- Precise and organized
- Adaptable and quick learner
- Good overall skills with computers and programs
- Team player
- Comfortable working daytime, evening, and nighttime all weekdays (8hr shifts: three different shifts -06:00-14:00; 14:00-22:00; 22:00-06:00)
