As a Pay and Reward Specialist, you will be a subject matter expert and coach to review, improve and maintain the pay and rewarding practice across Evolution globally. Your work will require close and collaborative interaction with people managers and HR colleagues across the entire organization where relationship management, advising, and setting best practices will be of the key. The purpose of the role is to support Evolution in making the best of its people by delivering and implementing a pay and reward infrastructure that is fit for purpose, attracts & retains talent, is flexible and aligns with wider people management strategies and Evolution values.

To succeed in this role you should have:

• Higher degree in human Resources, Finance or Business Administration
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in driving pay and Reward activities, with experience in international markets
• Experience in HR practices and pay cycle management
• Practice in job evaluation and salary benchmarking
• Profound knowledge of benefits and incentive practices
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, ability to provide data-driven proposals
• Demonstrated ability of stakeholder management
• Daily user experience of HRIS and MS Office
• Full working proficiency in English, both verbal and written
