We are looking for a new team member to join Corporate Responsibility and Communications Baltic team and take a lead on sustainability data analytics. Your mission will be to suggest smart decisions for Rimi to create value for business, society and environment.

If You have:

• University degree (preferably in finance, accounting or economics);
• Additional training, courses completed in sustainability area;
• Knowledge and experience working with data, and talent for data-based insights;
• Work experience in retail or production sector will be considered as an advantage;
• Experience in working with any environment or sustainability related management or reporting standard (ex., ISO, GRI, SASB), or doing any inventories related to environment issues (CO2, waste, quality etc.) would be considered as an advantage;
• Excellent attention to detail as well as strong project management and coordination skills;
• Effective communication and networking skills;
• Good skills working with MS Office (especially MS Excel) and data visualization applications;
• Fluency in English; knowledge of a Baltic language is a benefit.

We will entrust You:

• Full ESG scope data collection, regular reporting and data-drive insights creation;
• Responsibility for preparations towards ESG related reporting with regard to relevant EU (e.g. CSRD) and national legislation;
• Sustainability related projects management and performance measurement;
• Qualitative and quantitative data analysis for projects within areas of responsibility;
• Build Corporate Responsibility training materials and be able to conduct training sessions as well as data visualization for CR communication;
• Research Corporate Responsibility develohpment and find the ways to improve sustainability activities within company.

Compensation:

 2200.00 – 2500.00 EUR per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate’s competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.

Additional payments and bonuses according to company’s policy.
