Visma is looking for a new Swedish Speaking Customer Satisfaction Survey Coordinator to join Visma Labs.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys via phone and e-mail communication
- Summarize customer comments and satisfaction level about companys services
- Report results to senior colleagues
Qualifications:
We are looking for a person with experience in customer service who meets the following expectations:
- Excellent verbal and written Swedish language skills
- Excellent telephone manner (communication, listening and social skills)
- Positive attitude and responsibility
- Ready to work part-time (up 20 hours per month during working hours).
