Job description
SpectroCoin specialises in developing innovative solutions for electronic payments. Its portfolio includes SpectroCoin.com, which offers crypto-assets exchange, blockchain wallet services, debit card solutions, and payment processing options. Additionally, Spectro Finance collaborates with leading academic and professional organisations on research initiatives.
This is a full-time hybrid Sales Manager role with flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Manager is responsible for leading all revenue-generating activities, client relationship management, and growth strategies, while ensuring all client interactions comply with AML/CTF and regulatory standards. You will oversee client attraction and retention, strategic sales development, and cross-functional coordination with the compliance team.

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Management, o a related field
- Proven experience in sales management and leading revenue-generating teams
- Proficiency in the English language
- Knowledge of AML/CTF and regulatory compliance requirements, particularly related to client onboarding and due diligence
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills (e.g., with AML/CTF Division)
- Prior experience in the fintech, crypto, or electronic payment sectors is a strong advantage
- Effective networking capabilities
