The Position
The Global Digital Hub has been established within the Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen Roche's digital capabilities globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting, and Creative Design.
As a member of the Global Digital Hub Team, you will work to ensure fulfillment of the Global Digital Hub long term outcomes and strategy, as well as excellent delivery of our various digital operations priorities. You are responsible for supporting and executing different initiatives. You work with relevant stakeholders and consult on how to develop their digital performance further and ensure they leverage the available digital tools in order to meet their overall goals.
The Digital Content Specialist is expert in all aspects of digital project management, content management and publishing across different web platforms and is able to build out reporting metrics that supports the business in continuing their growth to meet KPIs and objectives.
The Opportunity:
- Publish and manage content for global websites, ensuring all digital assets are well-structured, easy-to-find, up-to-date, and accurate.
- Work with multiple key global stakeholders and content owners to facilitate content updates, while reinforcing legal compliance in global digital governance.
- Triage incoming publishing requests with the appropriate stakeholders to streamline digital operations and maintain efficient, organized workflows.
- Conduct global content audits and regular platform health-checks to identify gaps, eliminate redundancies, and keep the ecosystem clean.
- Guide and train key global stakeholders to ensure common knowledge and experience across our digital operating landscape.
Who you are:
- You have a BSc/MSc degree and 3+ years of experience in website management, IT systems, and platforms, with a basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- You have excellent written and spoken English communication skills, combined with good interpersonal skills to work as part of a team and engage with senior leaders.
- You are detail-oriented, well-organized, and highly efficient with time management, ensuring precision and quality across all digital platforms.
- You are a quick learner passionate about technology and the web, bringing a dynamic, flexible approach to working with different tools.

Salary starts from 1900 EUR gross/monthly. Final salary depends on the successful candidate's level of experience, skills and qualifications.
