Airline Support Baltic is looking for
Planning Manager

• Create and Assembles the work packages including work orders, task cards, maintenance
forms, inspection forms, service bulletins, checklists, technical data and engineering orders
using the company’s or customers software;
• Ensure that aircraft maintenance is performed in accordance with the approved
maintenance program and instructions from aircraft/component/equipment manufacturer;
• Control of the work ordering process, including communication with customers or project
managers regarding the work scope;
• Prepare and control of the release to service documentation;
• Prepare for issuing and control EASA Form 1 and BSRC certificates
• After the maintenance - check for completeness of filling, review for discrepancies,
scanning and record keeping in a manner designated by the Company;
• Control of the aircraft parking and towing’s are recorded;
• Used manhours collect, count, monthly report prepare;
• Control that the approved technical documentation is up to date;
• Review short, mid, and long term maintenance forecasts.

• High School graduate or equivalent;
• Attention to details and well organized with strong planning skills;
• High sense of duty and responsibility;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling a high volume of multiple tasks with a
high degree of attention to detail in making timely operational decisions;
• Strong communication skills;
• Must be able to read, write and speak Standard English for routine business
correspondence and for technical documentation;
• Experience in aircraft maintenance scheduling/planning or a relative experience is
preferred.
