Job description
- Preparation and filing the applications for Maltese citizenship and residency under specific laws regulating immigration by direct investment
- Advising clients on Maltese citizenship and residency by investment procedure
- Conducting an enhanced due diligence of every client
- Making legal summaries, affidavits
- Legal examination and assessment of documents
- Conducting personal meetings with clients
- Analysis of legislation in the field of immigration and tax law
- Development of individual solutions for clients
- Interaction with the legal departments of the company and partners
- Participation in seminars and conferences
Person specification
The successful candidate must be in possession of a legal qualification and must be fluent in English and Russian. Prior experience in the compliance field would be considered an asset.
