Responsibilities:

- Form a sales department;
- Ensure the implementation of the business process established by the company;
- Participate in the recruitment, training and adaptation of sales managers;
- To develop a system of motivation for employees of the sales Department;
- Participate in the recruitment, training and adaptation of sales managers;
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement solutions to improve these indicators;
- Monitor the work of managers;
- Control the distribution of leads and the workload of managers;
- Improve the quality of the manager's work;
- Maintain a sales management report;
- Monitor the work in the CRM-system
- Holding meetings, corporate and training events;
- The decision of the administrative and organizational issues;
- Assistance to the department managers in conducting transactions of any level of complexity;
- Development, coordination and implementation of communication standards in sales;
- Monitoring of results, development and implementation of an action plan to achieve the
planned indicators;
- Organization of audits to assess the quality of staff work, the level of knowledge of
products/services;
- Participation in the development and implementation of the sales strategy in the assigned
territory.

Requirements:

- Higher education;
- Fluency in English language;
- Experience in a senior position in sales for at least 3 years, preferably in the field of online
sales;
- High level of communication, sales and negotiation skills.

Conditions:

- Preferably work experience in the field of immigration law, investment, insurance, banking;
- Experienced Mac OS user;
- Work schedule 5/2;
- Regular education and training;
