DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER (ADS TEAM)

SIA "Adaptive Media” is a Latvia-based company that specializes in internet marketing. Our core competencies include content marketing, SEO, and PPC, and now, we are also expanding into private label products. Our company was established 6 years ago; since then, we have created hundreds of projects receiving millions of visitors each month in more than 30 countries. Currently, we have 2 office locations — Riga and Valmiera.

Your role in the company

We are searching for an experienced ADS team manager with excellent team leading skills. You will lead our in-house ADS team of 9 people (with ambitious hiring goals) and scale the existing paid marketing projects. You will also be in charge of dozens of our white-hat affiliate projects, mostly focused on e-commerce niches, and all business functions related to creating, maintaining, and scaling those projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Leading ADS team (9 people), including hiring new team members, evaluating performance, setting team goals, and evaluating results
• Overseeing and planning ADS team budget, distributing resources in order to reach team goals
• Developing and implementing short- and long-term ADS business strategy
• Leading the expansion initiatives for new niches, countries, ADS types
• Being in charge of all ADS projects as well as ADS business functions
• Architecting systems to improve existing business functions
• Managing risks and future-proofing ADS projects

Requirements and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in leading a permanent (not project-based) in-house team of at least
• 5 people, incl. specialists and/or middle management
• Knowledge in digital marketing
• Successful experience being in charge of evaluating and making subsequent decisions about team members, incl. salaries, motivation system, and optimizing team's human resources
• Experience in overseeing business and team budget, incl. distributing resources for projects
• General understanding of affiliate and PPC marketing; willingness and interest to significantly deepen your knowledge in these fields
• System-oriented thinking (always looking for new ways how to automate tasks)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• In-depth knowledge and work experience with PPC and affiliate marketing
• Bachelor degree in the fields of Business administration/ Management/ Marketing or similar
