Requirements for candidates:
- At least 3 years as Scrum Master for multiple simultaneous teams.
- Knowledge of LeSS principles (or other similar agile frameworks)
- Strong skills for empirical process system analysis and quantification of process performance.
- Proven experience designing and implementing iterative process improvements.
- Strong handling of product/backlog/task management tools.
- Experience creating and maintaining structured user-friendly documentation (incl. but not limited to process documentation and technical documentation).
- Past success in driving agile frameworks changes or switching between agile frameworks is a bonus.
- Scrum Master/Agile coach certification. LeSS certification or equivalent proof of knowledge.
- Leadership skills.
- Empathy, problem solving and conflict resolution.
- Empirical/analytical thinking, system thinking.
Daily tasks / Responsibilities:
- The role will facilitate transition to self-managing teams and improve cooperation between teams and individuals in daily scrum, sprint planning, requirement clarifications.
- Ensure uninterrupted progress of the product team - resolve blockers, eliminate distractions etc.
- Facilitate coordination between teams, individuals, and product owner(s).
- Run daily standups and retrospectives.
- Facilitate implementation of LeSS principles and continuous process improvements.
Facilitate sprint planning meetings. - Develop & coach team and individuals with regards to coordination and self-management.
