Job description
Are you an open, communicative, self managed person who enjoys helping people around and handling day to day IT operations activities? Take the opportunity to join our friendly and reliable team in a cool new office in Riga.
As an IT support specialist, you will:
• provide onsite 2nd level support and manage day to day IT operations activities
• cooperate with IT teams from other countries
• be responsible for hardware/software procurement and asset management (keep inventory up to date, track utilization, advice internal clients)
• prepare hardware for users
• advise users on appropriate course of action, support problem identification

What we expect:
• 2+ years of experience in helpdesk/service desk
• Experience with hardware/software procurement (or familiarity with the general process)
• Understanding of IT networks and Active Directory
• Solid customer service and problem solving skills
• Great English skills
• Windows Server 2012/2016 and Linux knowledge would be an advantage
