Company Manager
Who will strategically drive and build Latvian company, bring enthusiasm and experience to grow and develop business.

• Create and implement business strategy and short-term and long-term action plans
• Develop, grow, and lead the team
• Successfully participate in tenders
• Lead and take responsibility for project management of allocated portfolio of projects
• Build effective relationships with clients and partners

• MSc University degree, preferably engineering, environmental management or spatial
planning
• Leadership and professional experience minimum 10 years
• Project management experience minimum 10 years
• Good knowledge and understanding of Latvia market, contacts and network
• Self-driving, loyal, responsible, with positive attitude
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Fluency in Latvian and English, preferably also Russian
