● Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or computer-related field;
● Work in close collaboration with business departments to explore, describe and coordinate
business requirements;
● Accurately and correctly define the business requirements and communicate them to
developers;
● Business process automation;
● Improve and develop existing products and their functionality;
● Develop documentation and procedures for new products and their functionality;
● Develop and maintain project documentation;

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or computer-related field;
● Strong analytical skills to understand business processes, systems and data requirements;
● Experience in project management;
● Proven ability of defining and documenting business requirements;
● Expertise in payment card issuing will be considered as advantage;
● Be initiative and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
● Knowledge of languages (English, Latvian, Russian) is a must.

Salary – 1200 – 2500 EUR Gross.
