Outcomes:
- Existing information security policies, practices and technical controls are reviewed
- Compliance gap analyses is performed against the applicable regulations from all countries of operation
- Global information security assessment is concluded, strategic plan is developed, and necessary additional information is prepared and presented for this plan to be approved by management
- Necessary policy changes are rolled out and administrative measures and controls are implemented
- Necessary technological platforms and tools are procured and implemented
- Information security awareness level in the company has been increased significantly
- Information security risk management framework is implemented and operational
Requirements:
- Good understanding of corporate information security governance, risk management, applicable standards, and best practices
- Knowledge of laws and regulations in EU concerning data protection and information security requirements
- Previous experience in similar position working with information security related topics
Practical experience in policy development and development of educational programs for security awareness - Practical experience using advanced venerability test tools and performing information security related audits
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- CISM, CISA or similar certification will be considered as advantage
- Good business and topic related English
- Availability to travel for field trips outside Latvia
