Marketing and Business Development Associate

• Digital marketing activities coordination and a role of mediator between Dokumeds
management, employees and marketing agency in order to:
- ensure content creation plan and timelines is adhered to
- generate content ideas, assist in creating and developing website/marketing content
- assist in developing marketing materials and maintaining them updated
- maintain administrative control of marketing budget and monthly billings
• Daily support to Director of Business Development in various projects and tasks
• Basic communication with clients in order to ensure timely responses and feedbacks 

• Educational background in marketing or related field will be considered as advantage
• Previous working experience in international marketing/business development will be
considered as advantage
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Good organizational skills and ability to set priorities independently
• Ability to effectively handle and analyze large amounts of information
• Content writing and editing skills, as well as previous Copywriter experience will be
considered as advantage
• Desire to learn and develop in Marketing and/ or Business development field
• Courage and initiative to try new and innovative things, ability to take responsibility,
acknowledge and learn from mistakes
• High stress resilience and emotional intelligence, ability to work in multitasking conditions
• Patience (given the specifics of the industry, the results are not always immediate) and
perseverance
• Creativity, enthusiasm and flexibility
