The company is hiring - a Customer Service Manager for the Riga region.

• Processing sales orders – ordering goods and organizing delivery;
• Processing of incoming invoices in the ERP system Hansa Financials;
• Work with CRM, Edisoft, Hansa Financials systems;
• Organization of record keeping, document processing, arrangement and systematization, assistance to the Chief Accountant;
• Organization of daily office work.

• Work in an international company;
• Gross salary 1600 during the probationary period and 1700 EUR after probationary period;
• Health insurance after probationary period.

• Good knowledge of English, Latvian and Russian;
• MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word);
• Accuracy and responsibility, ability to pay attention to details, careful processing of information, stress resistance.
