Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR
- Depth knowledge in HR operations
- Fluent in Latvian, English and Russian language
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multitask efficiently and the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with strict deadlines
- Positive attitude towards challenges and excellent problem-solving skills
- Readiness to business travel
Main tasks would be:
- Providing advice and support to employees and managers on HR matters in general
- Partner with managers and HR team to roll out our all processes related HR activities, implement and follow up on various internal processes (culture, employee engagement, performance management etc)
- Supporting the development and review of new and existing policies, procedures, guidelines, and work instructions in the respective area of HR and contributing to the development of HR processes
- Planning, organizing, conducting internal training activities
- Gather and evaluate training quality to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training
