Requirements
- Experience in the field of accounting or/and an AR/AP Accountant role.
- An understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills is required
- High degree of accuracy with data entry
- Excellent arithmetic skills
- Great attention to detail

- Ability to communicate complex financial information in a simple, understandable format
- Proficiency in working with spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets
- Knowledge of general accounting software
- Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) qualification or similar industry-recognised qualification
- Good command of English & Russian language
Job description
Responsibilities
- Support smooth, uninterrupted, secure and compliant company operations;
- Onboarding/Setup invoices and payments.
- Accounts Receivable (outgoing invoices):
- Issuing invoices to clients
- Entering invoices into the Accounting System;
- Marking paid invoices;
- Raising a flag for unpaid issued invoices;
- Sending out reminders to clients about unpaid invoices;
- Accounts Payable (inbound invoices):
- Receiving and entering invoices into the Accounting System;
- Audit supporting documentation to ensure the accuracy of invoice charges;
- Ensure all approval requirements have been meet before processing invoices;
- Verify payment authorization from appropriate managers and in accordance with the levels of approval;
Coordinate and schedule payments, create wire, and check payments in the bank;
- Running the monthly close process of AP and AR
- Preparation of Clients Debts weekly report;
- Complete complex account reconciliations and journal entries in support of the monthly close process
- Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting operational procedures and document such processes and procedures.
- Working collaboratively with other CJ employees and departments;
- Maintain records and documentation, and keep an audit trail.
- Develop reports on the above activities.
- Can be requested by the division head to perform temporary additional duties falling within the scope of responsibilities of the division.
