About position:

Professional skills and qualification:

Knowledge and experience of business analysis, technical documentation, requirements engineering, and process modelling; able to understand product or software development
Good analytical and communication skills; ability to communicate with customers to provide solutions they expect
Responsibility for the tasks assigned
Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new clients, their business needs, and technologies. Positive personality with a strategic view, focused on solutions and results
Eagerness to learn and grow together with company and your colleagues
Fluent English (verbal and written)

Nice to have:

Higher education in IT
BA specific Certification
Agile / Scrum Certification
Experience working with JIRA or similar tools
Additional language knowledge

Responsibilities (may vary depending on level):

As Business Analyst you will be working as the main contact person between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and users, with knowledge of the business domain, IT, and relevant information to other teams.

Catch on the needs and expectations of the customer
Elaborate and offer the most appropriate solutions for customers in close co-operation with sales, development and infrastructure teams
Design and agree with the customer on solution requirement and design specifications
Participate in project implementation tasks as a functionality supervisor
Full requirements lifecycle management
Work closely with the development team
Work on project requirements at all stages (from requirements analysis at pre-sales stage till final implementation and SAT)
Participation in preparation of technical presentations for the implemented project, as well as demonstration to customers.

We dont want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then the monthly salary is not less than 2200 EUR gross and depends on your experience and skills!
