Responsibilities:
- Processing and accounting for warehouse invoices and creditor documents.
- Reconciling and entering invoices into the accounting system.
- Processing and recording bank payments in the accounting system.
- Verifying bank statements and ensuring compliance with accounting records.
- Accounting for fixed assets, calculating depreciation, and managing asset records.
- Preparing reports on fixed asset movements.
- Preparing and approving advance reports.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collecting and preparing necessary documents for the audit process.
- Collaborating with auditors, answering questions, and providing additional information as required.

 Requirements
- Higher education in accounting, finance, or economics.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar position.
- Knowledge of Latvian accounting and tax legislation.
- Experience working with accounting systems such as MonitorsG5 and Horizon.
- Ability to work precisely and responsibly with large volumes of documents.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word).
- Good  English language knowledge is preferred.
