Impact You'll Make:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliates to promote our online casino brand.
- Foster strong relationships with onboarded affiliates and provide them with the necessary support to optimize their marketing efforts.
- Negotiate and review affiliate agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Evaluate and optimize various traffic channels to increase customer acquisition and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns for different traffic sources.
- Use data-driven insights to make strategic decisions, optimize campaigns, and improve overall affiliate program efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze traffic performance, providing actionable insights to enhance conversion rates.
- Research and explore new marketing channels to expand our online presence and attract a wider audience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to identify innovative promotional opportunities.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing and managing affiliate relationships within the online casino or iGaming industry.
- Strong understanding of various traffic channels, affiliate networks, and marketing strategies.
- Proficient English language skills in written and verbal communication. Russian language skills are an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance within the online gambling industry.
