In this pivotal role, as Administrative assistant, you will be responsible for managing office supplies, coordinating administrative tasks, filing documents, answering phones, and handling emails, booking conference rooms, scheduling catering, arranging travel, and managing logistics, tracking expenses, preparing invoices, and reconciling accounts, ensuring a smooth workflow.

While we are looking to fill this role diligently, we understand that the perfect candidate may need time to transition. Therefore, we are open to candidates who can start months after the selection process, ensuring that we find the best match for both the role and our organization.

Impact You'll Make:

Responsibility for well-being in the office;
- Be able to work with documents, to scan, print, stitch documents;
- Track the condition of working equipment in the office, change printer paper, printer cartridges, be able to handle audio and video equipment for work conferences;
- Supervise a cleaning lady for the timely and correct completion of the tasks assigned to them;
- Take over part of the onboarding of new employees;
- Participates in maintaining the corporate style of the Company, and decorating office space. 
- Participates in the distribution of workplaces, furniture, and equipment;
- Provides travel support for the companys employees during business trips;
- Take a part in organization of corporate parties and events in the office and outside it, to congratulate employees on their birthdays and anniversaries of work in the company, buy gifts, and write congratulatory texts in corporate network;
- Meet couriers, to sort the received mail or e-mail and delivers it to the relevant employee in the organization, to check mailbox;
- To order necessary food to the office (snacks, coffee beans, water, fruits, milk, etc.), office stationery;
- Prepare coffee and other drinks for employees and visitors of the office, as well as meet guests and company partners;
- Perform any other assignments of a direct manager.

Even without direct office management experience, a candidate might possess valuable transferable skills from other roles like project management, customer service, or administrative support. These skills can translate well to the responsibilities of an office manager.
