Responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior Finance Controller who would take over our finance controlling processes for one of our locations - Romania.
- Support decision making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance by analyzing financial and operational results;
- Coordinate, perform forecasting and prepare budget;
- Oversee finance audit process;
- Controlling income and expenses and budget fullfillment;
- Create and implement internal processes and policies, update and control them, as well oversee group policy compliance;
- Oversee and control the month end closing process of accounting books;
- Oversee and manage the contractual documentation of related parties;
- Prepare business analytics reports using PowerBI or similar tool;
- Be involved in various finance, accounting and internal controls related tasks and projects;
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in accounting;
- Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics or relevant field;
- Good knowledge of MS Office and PowerBI;
- Excellent spoken and written Latvian language;
- Good spoken and written English language;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Precise, high sense of responsibility and positive attitude towards work;
- Experience with SAP software would be considered as advantage.
