The Position
In this Process Mining Manager role, you will be responsible for making business processes transparent and ensure that the strategic value of process mining technology is known in the organization and the technology is applied in improvement initiatives and support data driven decision making. You will lead Process Mining Experts to manage and prioritize process mining activities in a customer centric way while delivering high quality analysis in collaboration with Business Process Owners, Managers and other stakeholders.
What you'll be working on
- Act as a lead, coordinate and support process mining activities in initiatives and projects
- Drive and develop process mining methodology/technology by applying value-adding process mining solutions
- Provide requirements to the team for development of process mining solutions, including design, plan and execute test activities
- Provide ideas for use cases; support stakeholders including Global Business Process Owners with the evaluation and consulting in this area
- Train end users and stakeholders in process mining and promote knowledge transfer across the organization
- Observe market trends, product developments, use cases and best practices of other peers and foster process mining/transparency mindset in the organization

- Is recognized as a thought leader in Business Process Management and Process Excellence
- Exhibits a strong continuous improvement mindset and the ability to integrate customer needs and enhancement ideas into BPM methodology
- Demonstrates a strong ability to translate strategic priorities and guardrails into a holistic and relevant framework that adds value to customers in Roche
- Possesses a very good level of experience and savviness for technical topics and related IT solutions
- Researches and identifies new and innovative methods, solutions and approaches to be evaluated in the fields of BPMN to be included in the Roche BPM Methodology
- Exemplifies Roche Values, Roche People Leadership Commitments and inclusive behavior.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance/Accounting field or equivalent experience
- Experience in leading a team in the area of process analysis in larger organizations and leading and managing cross-functional projects
- 2-5 years of experience in similar area covering business, finance and IT topics with the ability to work in an highly agile environment
- Excellent understanding of Finance and Procurement processes as well as relevant SAP knowledge and process analysis
- Experience in optimizing end-to-end processes with e.g., Lean Mgmt., Six Sigma, Scrum- and customer journey methodologies
- Excellent presentation and communication skills; strong ability to explain and breakdown complex facts
- Ability to engage with people at different levels of the organization across cultures

Salary starts from 3200 EUR gross/monthly. Final salary depends on the successful candidate's level of experience, skills and qualifications.
