Were looking for a Junior or Mid-Level UX Designer to join our team and help with research, analytical and various other product development projects. We appreciate designers who think in systems, are keen to validate their work with data, and are willing to grow together with the team.
If you are Junior UX designer, we would expect you to contribute in:
• Basic generative research, e.g. interview users about their journey (including needs, behaviours, goals, and tasks)
• Participate in creating journey maps and personas
• Prototyping with at least few possible journey options
• Basic evaluative research, i.e. usability tests
• Basic expert reviews, including competitor/landscape analysis, with the ability to identify UX good and bad practices.
If you are Mid-Level UX designer, we would expect you to contribute in:
• Understand business needs, including the ability to run stakeholder meetings and conduct requirement gathering activities
• Be able to conduct a variety of generative research, e.g. contextual interview, observation sessions, qualitative surveys, etc.
• Have a good understanding of how to recruit user base for research
• Be able to work with quantitative research (web analytics data, other team collected data, research reports from 3rd parties, etc)
• Be able to communicate their research findings in a variety of ways
• Create prototypes with more advanced interactions, covering a wider range of scenarios.
• Contribute to the general team created documentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Completed coursework or studies in the field of UX, research or product development; or work experience in the field for over 1.5 years.
• Portfolio to showcase your achievements and thinking process. Alternatively for the Junior position it can be a short motivational letter (1-2 paragraphs).
• Previous experience working in Figma.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team.
• Good understanding of Agile methodology, especially with respect to product design.
