Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and business development KPIs, including meetings, trainings, leads, and financial targets.
  • Analyze and monitor the video surveillance camera market in the Baltics.
  • Develop and execute tailored strategies for Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
  • Plan and lead sales training sessions for existing and potential partners.
  • Organize and deliver webinars to promote Hanwha Vision solutions.
  • Identify growth opportunities with both existing and new clients.
  • Manage pricing policies to remain competitive and profitable.
  • Prepare price quotations, marketing materials, and tender applications.

Skills and Experience Required

  • At least 4 years of experience in video surveillance camera B2B sales.
  • Strong technical knowledge of video surveillance cameras and solutions.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets (recommendation letters or references are a plus).
  • Comprehensive understanding of video surveillance market trends.
  • Familiarity with key players in the security and system integrator sectors.
  • Proficiency in English and Latvian (Estonian or Lithuanian language skills are an advantage).
  • Strong presentation, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in Key Account Management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of successful track record in sales and business development.

  • Competitive base salary: €3,500 - €5,000 gross per month based on your skills and experience.
  • Performance-based bonus system.
  • Company car and covered fuel expenses.
