We are looking for a full-time Project Manager
Work with our large clients on discussing the specs of challenging projects, proposing solutions and managing implementation with a dedicated team of experienced professionals. You will be involved into decision making, estimation, planning and delivery of the projects.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicating with the Customers/Stakeholders
- Analyzing requirements and providing solutions
- Prioritizing Product Backlog
- Communicating requirements and providing domain/business knowledge to Development Team
- Ensuring the delivery of the Business Value for the customers
- Participation in daily stand-ups, planning meetings, internal demos and retrospectives
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in software development project management (traditional or agile)
- Experience in E-commerce, Retail or similar industries
- Excellent planning and prioritization skills
- Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Great communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written Latvian and English languages, other languages are a plus (to communicate with partners and international team members)
- A degree in Management, Computer Science, IT or related field is considered a plus
