In this role, you'll be the voice of our brand, assisting customers and ensuring they have the best experience with our products. Position: Online Support Agent

Applicant Requirements:

Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts - Days, afternoons and evenings, including weekends.
Technical Skills: Strong computer skills.
Experience: Previous experience in customer support is an advantage.
Language Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Soft Skills: High communication and problem-solving abilities; a fast learner and a strong team player.
