As our Manager of Technical Supportyoull lead a passionate, high performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional support across technical escalations, vendor relations, order management, and billing. You'll coach and inspire your team to excel, drive operational efficiency, and turn complex challenges into opportunities for innovation. This role is key to shaping a world class partner experience and fostering a culture of collaboration, impact, and continuous improvement!

What you will be doing as our Manager of Technical Support:
  • Inspire and Lead: Manage and motivate a high performing Partner Support team with clear goals, coaching, and growth opportunities
  • Build and Cultivate: Shape and grow the team, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high energy culture that thrives on shared success
  • Drive Excellence: Own escalations and critical issues, ensuring fast, effective resolutions that delight partners
  • Be Data Driven: Use KPIs and insights to optimise performance, streamline operations, and improve partner experience
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, sales, and engineering to solve problems and enhance partner success
  • Champion Knowledge: Keep internal tools and knowledge bases sharp, accessible, and actively used
  • Fuel Growth: Lead onboarding and development, foster a culture of learning, and stay ahead of tech trends and MSP needs
  • Own the Journey: Continuously improve processes, support systems, and your own personal development

Salary and benefits for our Manager of Technical Support:
  • Salary: €27,000 - €34,000 gross per annum/€2,250 - €2,800 gross per month
  • 20 days holiday
  • Company Short Term Incentive Plan (Annual Bonus)

Designated office and working pattern:
  • Tech set up to support great home and in office working
  • Designated Office: Riga Latvia
  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Time: On a rota between 7am - 7pm
  • Typical local time hours: 8am - 5pm
  • Hybrid: 3 days per week in office/2 working from home
