We invite you to join our team as a Turn-key Project Manager, who will take charge of international projects and achieve goals!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Managing interior design projects on an international level
Creating and maintaining budgets and timelines
Organizing tenders and price inquiries for subcontractors
Quality control and supervision
Risk analysis for projects
Contract negotiation and coordination
Organizing project handovers and aftercare (including snag lists and claims handling)

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

In-depth understanding of the interior design process and its stages
Knowledge of architecture, construction, and project implementation
Ability to analyze details and assess potential risks
Skills in reading and interpreting drawings (DWG, PDF formats)
Project planning and coordination skills, including collaboration with external service providers
Ability to respond dynamically and proactively solve problem situations
Higher education (preferably in design and/or architecture)
Excellent English and Russian language skills
