SIA FedEx Express Latvia, a global leader in express parcel delivery, is looking for a

Inside Sales Representative to join the team.

As a FedEx Inside Sales Representative, you will manage and develop profitable, ongoing business relationships with both existing and potential accountsbuilding trust and loyalty in the FedEx brand. You will identify and optimize new business opportunities by exceeding customer expectations. Using effective sales techniques and processes, you will close, retain, and grow profitable business that directly supports the companys mission and business plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell the full portfolio of FedEx services via phone and web solutions in both B2B and B2C segments;
  • Collaborate with existing customers to identify and generate new cooperation opportunities and business projects;
  • Establish relationships with potential customers and develop new business opportunities;
  • Provide customers with innovative ideas and solutions that can benefit their business;
  • Prepare business solutions for customers and conclude sales transactions in accordance with company policies;
  • Execute sales objectives and contribute to team goals.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • At least 1 year of sales experience;
  • Fluency in Latvian and English (for communication with international clients, partners etc.);
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills;
  • A proactive I can attitude, determination, and enthusiasm;
  • The ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess information quickly and make sound decisions;
  • Self-discipline, with excellent time planning and management skills;
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
