As a Crew Resources Analyst and Planner, you will be key in ensuring our flight crews are scheduled efficiently, legally, and with operational excellence at heart. Youll be at the center of crew planningbalancing regulatory compliance, training needs, and team availabilitywhile supporting smooth day-to-day operations across our airline. Your attention to detail, forward-thinking mindset, and ability to adapt will directly contribute to keeping our crews in the air and our passengers moving safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and update crew schedules to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulations;
  • Prepare and share long-term rosters for flight and cabin crew;
  • Make sure all data in the RAIDO system is accurate and up to date;
  • Plan crew training in advance and adjust it when needed;
  • Support with reports and overviews when requested by your manager;
  • Work closely with the Crew Training team to update training plans if operational needs change;
  • Review and approve cabin crew vacation requests, track vacation balances, and make sure planning is balanced across the team.

Requirements:

  • A university degree (preferably in aviation, logistics, or a related field);
  • Some experience in Airline Operations, crew scheduling, or a related area (1+ year is a plus, but we value transferable skills too);
  • Familiarity with crew scheduling systems and processes is an advantage;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good planning and time management abilities, with flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment;
  • Solid MS Office skills, especially with Excel;
  • Good command of English (both spoken and written);
  • An understanding of aviation regulations and crew planning logic is a plus, or the willingness to learn quickly.
