We are looking for full-time Support Specialists to join our Global Sportway Support team at Riga. As a Support Specialist, your main responsibilities will include monitoring live sport games played in Europe, providing customer service via e-mail and cooperation with sport federations, clubs and venues. You will do well if you have technical thinking skills and desire to develop and learn. Fluent level of English is required and it's a big plus if you are also fluent in some Nordic language, Czech, Italian or French.

 

Full-time support specialist: Working time is 40h/week, including evenings/weekends when matches are played. The workplace is in our Riga office.

 

Job starting time in August. We will fill the position as soon as we find the right candidates.
