We're looking for a self-driven Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong visual sense and systems thinking - someone ready to deliver at the highest level and grow with us through ambitious, high-impact projects.

What youll do

Assist with the creation of UI concepts, design systems and product visuals
Design world-class financial interfaces with structure, clarity and soul
Collaborate with UX strategists to bring strategies and flows to life
Contribute to product digital strategy and UX deliverables such as wireframes, journey maps, and red route scenarios
Support UX strategists in research and analysis using UXDAs frameworks
Help analyze and structure complex information into clear, logical user experiences
Help build and refine our internal design processes
Present and defend design choices with logic, empathy and confidence
Participate in key client meetings and build long-term design partnerships
Explore new tools, trends and frameworks - and help integrate them
Mentor junior designers and give actionable, thoughtful feedback
Care deeply about quality, clarity, and impact - not just delivery

What were looking for

5+ years of UI/UX experience in digital product design
High visual and aesthetic standards
System thinking, ability to see beyond the screen
Experience working in product teams or agencies on complex services
Confidence in Figma (components, auto layout, tokens, etc.)
Fluency in English - for presenting and communicating with international clients
You don't freak out when things are unclear - you ask smart questions, make sense of chaos, and help the team move forward
Maturity: you take initiative, manage yourself, and think as a team player, not a solo artist

Will be considered an advantage

Experience in Fintech or SaaS product design
Strong motion design or prototyping skills to bring ideas to life
A track record of mentoring or guiding other designers
Experience speaking at meetups, conferences, or writing thought leadership content
