Recruitment company "Nextra Latvia" is seeking an experienced & goal-oriented B2B Sales Manager for a company that offers modern premises that are adapted to all business needs and different activities. As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving company's growth by identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, leading the full sales cycle, and aligning sales initiatives with company goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Maintain and expand a portfolio of key clients and business accounts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to shape go-to-market strategies.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and deliver regular sales performance reports.
  • Represent company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development (3+ years), preferably in B2B, tech or real estate sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Latvian and English.
  • Goal-oriented and comfortable with KPI-driven performance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
