JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create strong, brand-consistent visuals across digital channels (web banners, promo pages, social media, CRM/email, print materials).
- Adapt and resize key creatives for multiple formats and markets without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with teams to understand goals and translate them into clear visual solutions.
- Maintain and improve brand assets and templates, ensuring consistency across brands.
- Work closely with a team of designers to deliver consistent visuals and support shared workflows across projects.
- Work within brief constraints (file size limits, legal/compliance requirements, deadlines).
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design (digital-focused).
- Portfolio showcasing real-world work (banners, social, landing/promo visuals, ect.).
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and any animation software.
- Solid understanding of composition, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to adapt to different brand styles and work fast without losing quality.
- Intermediate+ English (written and spoken).
- Interest in iGaming; iGaming experience is a plus.
- Fluent English to perform job duties.
Nice to have:
- Basic print knowledge.
- Motion/animation basics.

DARBA PIENĀKUMI:
- Izveidot spēcīgus un zīmola identitātei atbilstošus vizuālos materiālus digitālajiem kanāliem (tīmekļa banerus, reklāmas lapas, sociālos tīklus, CRM/e-pastus, drukas materiālus).
- Adaptēt un mainīt izmērus galvenajiem reklāmas materiāliem (creatives) dažādiem formātiem un tirgiem, nezaudējot kvalitāti.
- Sadarboties ar komandām, lai izprastu mērķus un pārvērstu tos skaidros vizuālos risinājumos.
- Uzturēt un uzlabot zīmola resursus un veidnes, nodrošinot vienotu stilu visos zīmolos.
- Cieši sadarboties ar dizaineru komandu, lai nodrošinātu vizuālo konsekvenci un atbalstītu kopējo darba plūsmu dažādos projektos.
- Strādāt darba uzdevuma (brief) ietvaros (failu izmēru ierobežojumi, juridiskās un atbilstības prasības, termiņi).
PRASĪBAS:
- 3+ gadu pieredze grafiskajā dizainā (ar uzsvaru uz digitālo vidi).
- Portfolio, kas demonstrē reālus darbus (banerus, sociālo tīklu materiālus, mērķlapu/reklāmas vizuāļus u.c.).
- Teicamas Adobe Creative Suite, Figma un jebkuras animācijas programmatūras prasmes.
- Padziļināta izpratne par kompozīciju, tipogrāfiju, krāsām un vizuālo hierarhiju.
- Spēja pielāgoties dažādiem zīmolu stiliem un strādāt ātri, nezaudējot kvalitāti.
- Angļu valodas zināšanas vismaz Intermediate+ līmenī (rakstiski un mutiski).
- Interese par iGaming nozari; iepriekšēja pieredze iGaming tiks uzskatīta par priekšrocību.
