Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and analyze website and app data
- Monitor web traffic, user behavior, and engagement trends
- Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to improve digital performance and conversions
- Collaborate with other departments to support decision-making
- Deliver regular reports on key metrics and trends
Requirements:
- Experience with Google Analytics is essential
- Experience with visual behavior analysis tools such as Hotjar or similar tools e.g. Microsoft Clarity, Smartlook, or Mouseflow
- Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, as most clients are international
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
